For the best results you should watch all video's full screen, with both the scaling and HD on.
The embedded video won't show in HD, just click on the "HD is off" icon and select the HD option.
If you have a slow connection/bandwidth speed then this will result in poor quality.
For example the timelapse sequence's should appear slow but should also be seamless, if they aren't then it will be an issue with the viewer's internet connection.
